Lounge Baby is a dynamic five-piece band based in Canberra, bringing fresh energy and versatility to every stage they play. Formed in June 2024, the band draws from over a century of recorded music, performing songs released between 1918 and 2026 and reimagining them through a wide mix of styles and genres.
Fronted by lead vocalist Thea, Lounge Baby features Steve on drums, Peter on guitar, Sharon on bass, and Vanessa on saxophone. Together, they create a sound that's as adaptable as it is engaging, equally at home providing smooth, atmospheric background music as they are turning up the volume for a packed dancefloor.
